Include when reporting a problem

• The approximate time of the problem
• The screen or workflow
• Whether the device had cellular or Wi-Fi service
• The item number or estimated capacity, when relevant
• Do not email customer photos or passwords

If a device is lost, use Account & devices on another signed-in device to revoke it and notify Plastic IQ.
