Private Beta Terms of Use

These working terms govern only the invite-only evaluation while counsel review is completed. They are not a substitute for a signed partner, customer, subscription, or data-processing agreement.
Private evaluation
Access is limited to people authorized by Plastic IQ LLC. Accounts and invitations may not be shared, transferred, or used by an unidentified person. Plastic IQ may revoke a user, device, or beta invitation to protect the service, customer information, or proprietary product development. Each invited user is responsible for promptly reporting a lost device or suspected account misuse.
Recommendations require confirmation
Capacity, dimensions, item details, cross-references, case-weight calculations, and product recommendations are decision-support estimates. Users must confirm measurements, specifications, fit, load, regulatory requirements, food-contact requirements, disposal requirements, availability, price, and real-world performance before purchase or use.
Photos, customers, and consent
Users may upload only information they are authorized to collect and use. Before attaching photos or a one-time location check-in to a customer visit, the representative must confirm that the customer or site permits the collection. The app's storage prompt must not be treated as a substitute for site permission. Do not photograph confidential documents, people, access credentials, payment information, medical or patient information, biometric identifiers, or unrelated personal information. If prohibited information is captured accidentally, stop using the record and submit a deletion request.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected services, upload unlawful material, interfere with the platform, or use the beta to violate another party's rights. Do not use nearby-business suggestions or customer information for harassment, unlawful discrimination, or activity prohibited by the applicable directory provider. Public catalog and distributor observations remain source-attributed research and do not guarantee product equivalence.
Feedback and confidential development
Beta feedback may be used to improve Plastic IQ. The beta, non-public screens, product plans, pricing concepts, proprietary data organization, and unreleased partner configurations are confidential Plastic IQ development materials unless Plastic IQ authorizes disclosure in writing. This paragraph does not transfer ownership of a customer's pre-existing records, labels, trademarks, or confidential information.
Beta availability
The beta may change, contain errors, or be temporarily unavailable. Plastic IQ may modify or discontinue beta features while the product is tested. To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided without warranties and Plastic IQ is not liable for purchasing, operational, or performance decisions made without independent verification.
